My Story
Jonathan Apam is a Visionary Leader, a Business Strategist, a Marketing Consultant, and the Founder/CEO of Apam Inspires, an organization dedicated to unlocking the potential of Africa’s youth and fuelling transformative change of Mindset. As the former National President of the Teacher Trainees’ Association of Ghana between 2016 and 2018, Jonathan represented over 60,000 Teacher Trainees at high-level stakeholder meetings with key national bodies like the Ministry of Education, Ghana Education Service, National Teaching Council, etc to reform colleges of education from Diploma Awarding Institutions to now Bachelor Degree Awarding Institutions. His leadership in education reforms reflects his broader mission: to eradicate poverty in Africa by equipping young people with the skills, knowledge, and entrepreneurial mindset to transform their lives.
Through Apam Inspires, Jonathan empowers youth and businesses alike, offering practical insights, motivation, and strategies that drive growth and success.
As a results-oriented business strategist and marketing consultant, he has successfully rebranded and restructured numerous businesses, enhancing their marketing and business practices. At the heart of his work is a powerful philosophy—to unleash the hidden potential within individuals, startups, and organizations, helping them thrive, succeed, and become leaders of tomorrow.
